Q: How are your products made?

A: We use a Laser Engraver to cut all of our wood. This allows us a lot of flexibility in our design. We have recently been able to purchase second machine (yay!). We’ve named her Lorelei! She and Larry, our first laser, are practically members of the family.

 

Q: Is the stain and paint you use on your products safe for children?

Yes! This was so important to us when designing our products. Both the stain and the paint that we use is non-toxic and safe for children!  

 

Q: What is your standard turnaround time?

A: For standard (non-custom) orders, our turnaround time is 2 weeks before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping notification email when we send your order, so you can start counting down the days and stalking your mailman. (It’s okay. We do it, too.) Please contact us BEFORE PURCHASING if you need a rush turnaround. We’ll do our very best to accommodate you!
